The integration allows ZaazCRM to authenticate with Google on behalf of your team members and synchronize email communications tied to CRM contacts, deals, and cases. It is designed exclusively for productivity and CRM-related communication — no advertising, profiling, or data resale is involved.

How It Works
- A ZaazCRM user navigates to Settings → Email Accounts and clicks Connect Gmail.
- Google’s OAuth consent screen appears, listing the exact permissions being requested.
- The user grants consent; Google issues a secure token to ZaazCRM.
- ZaazCRM uses that token to fetch and send emails on the user’s behalf — only within the CRM context.
Data Access & Permissions
The app requests the minimum Gmail permissions required to operate:
- Read email messages — to display incoming emails inside CRM contact timelines
- Send email messages — to let CRM users reply or compose from within the platform
- Manage labels/metadata — to mark messages as read and organize synchronized threads
ZaazCRM’s use of data obtained from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
