These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZaazCRM Gmail Sync integration (“the App”) provided by Zaaz Technology Inc. (“Zaaz”, “we”, “us”). By connecting your Google or Gmail account to ZaazCRM, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The App allows ZaazCRM users to connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account to synchronize email communications with CRM contacts, deals, and cases. Authentication is performed via Google’s OAuth 2.0 protocol; no Gmail password is stored by Zaaz.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid, active ZaazCRM account to use this integration. By connecting your Gmail account you confirm that you are authorized to grant the requested permissions for that Google account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the App solely to sync business email communications within your ZaazCRM workspace. You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, to send spam or phishing messages, to gain unauthorized access to other users’ email data, or to reverse-engineer the App.
4. Google Account and Terms
Your use of Google services through this App is also governed by Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Zaaz is not affiliated with Google LLC.
5. Data and Privacy
Your email data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy — ZaazCRM Gmail Sync, which forms part of these Terms. Our use of data obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the App at any time for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaaz Technology Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you for ZaazCRM in the preceding three months.
9. Termination
You may disconnect the Gmail integration at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time with notice by email. Continued use of the Gmail Sync feature after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
